Our history :
The captivating story of Antonio Heaven has its roots in a school career and a desire to better consume “textiles”, because we are surrounded by them every day. Alongside my studies in Agronomy, Sustainable Development, and Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, the idea for our company was born. It was in this context of in-depth learning that the passion for entrepreneurship took shape. The aspiration to merge academic knowledge with practical innovation led to the creation of Antonio Heaven.

How long does it take to receive my product?
Our products are shipped within 24/48 hours.

In your shipping email you will receive a package number.
There is a ''Track my order'' tab, insert this number to be able to track your package.
PS: If you are unable to locate your package, you can contact us with your order number, your first and last name and order details.

How do I return an item that I am not satisfied with?
If your item arrives in poor condition and is unusable, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase.

You return the product to us (return costs are your responsibility) for a full refund of the price of this item upon receipt of proof of shipment of the product.

- The product must be unused, undamaged and clean: it must be returned in its original packaging.
- All returned products will be inspected: No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged and such use or damage does not render the products salable.
- We must receive the goods within 30 working days from the dispatch date. You must inform La Patte Canine by e-mail indicating the contents of the package, the shipping date, the carrier and a tracking number.
