How long does it take to receive my product?
Our products are shipped within 24/48 hours.
Our average delivery time is 11-12 business days at the moment.

How can I check the status of my order?
In your shipping email you will receive a package number.
There is a ''Track my order'' tab, insert this number to be able to track your package.
PS: If you are unable to locate your package, you can contact us with your order number, your first and last name and order details.
What are your payment security measures?
This site is 100% secure. Here are the different reasons for this security:
1) Our site is located on an HTTPS server (you can check this with the small padlock to the left of the URL).
2) Unlike most other sites you may visit, ALL of our pages are secure and cannot be hacked or attacked by malware.

How do I return an item that I am not satisfied with?
If your item arrives in poor condition and is unusable, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase.
We then offer you...:
You return the product to us (return costs are your responsibility) for a full refund of the price of this item upon receipt of proof of shipment of the product.
This is to avoid any misuse, so we are counting on your understanding!
- The product must be unused, undamaged and clean: it must be returned in its original packaging.
- All returned products will be inspected: No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged and such use or damage does not render the products salable.
- We must receive the goods within 30 working days from the dispatch date. You must inform La Patte Canine by e-mail indicating the contents of the package, the shipping date, the carrier and a tracking number.
If all of these conditions are met, we will refund the cost of the product, excluding shipping costs. You will receive a refund within 30 business days of receiving the product.
